This lovely villa is set in its own grounds with fantastic open views of the countryside. The villa has an unusual split level layout with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main house and the added bonus of a self contained annexe with a further double bedroom and bathroom.

Outside at the rear of the villa is where the large pool is situated which also has a separate hydro massage section. The pool has a paved surround furnished with sunbeds and parasols; sitting poolside you have a perfect view over the open countryside and the surrounding olive groves and vineyards.

The main entrance to the villa opens into the spacious ‘L’ shaped lounge. This lovely light room has a barrel vaulted ceiling and is decorated in a simple country style with a large feature fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs and the TV and DVD player. Located off the lounge is a large bathroom with corner hydro massage bath with hand held shower, basin, WC and bidet.

From the lounge there are steps leading up to the dining room which has a large dining table and seating for ten. There is also a small fridge which is ideal for chilling all your drinks in.

The pretty kitchen is through an arched doorway two steps up from the dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, gas hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a wooden table and four chairs and double doors leading to the outside.

A flight of stairs from the lounge takes you up to the first floor where there is a small sitting room with sofas arranged in front of an open fireplace. From here you have access to the four bedrooms located in the main part of the villa.

To the left of the fireplace, four steps lead up into a pretty corner bedroom which has two windows, both of which have lovely views. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

A further two archways lead off from the upper sitting room, one leads to the family bathroom which has a shower, basin and WC and next to it is another light airy bedroom with a double bed which can be made into twin beds if required. Please advise at time of booking how you would like the rooms configured.

The final corridor has the remaining two bedrooms one is a family room with a double bed and a single bed which would be ideal for a family with a younger child. The final bedroom is also a double bedroom and has an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

The self contained annexe has its own separate entrance even though it is attached to the main building.The entrance has steps down into the living area which has a corner bench seat with table and chairs. This is also where the TV is located.

The bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC are located off the lounge area. A further set of steps from the living area take you down to the small kitchen area which has an oven, gas hobs and a fridge. From the kitchen there is a door out to a furnished terrace with brick built barbecue. This area is nearer to the pool so the kitchen could be used to prepare lunches and meals for dining ‘al fresco’.

  

Outside the gardens wrap around the villa giving guests complete privacy. The caretaker lives next to the property 30 metres away.The pretty hill top town of Casole d’elsa is 4.5km away and here you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

The pool is located at the rear of the villa in a secluded location. It has a paved surround which is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The large pool has a separate hydro massage section and there is ladder access at either end of the pool.

The pool measures twelve metres by six metres and has a constant depth of one and a half metres. There is also a poolside shower for guests use.  It is open from 1st May to 30th September.

The nearest town is Casole d'Elsa, it is about 4km away and has several shops, restaurants and other amenities. Colle Val d'Elsa is about a 10minute drive away and has a large supermarket and wide choice of restaurants and other shops.
